Winnie is a sweet, playful Yorkie who loves running around with her little sister, Mochi. Sadly, she suffers from a collapsed trachea, causing constant wheezing and making every breath a struggle. There is a surgery that won’t cure her condition, but it will greatly improve her comfort and quality of life.

Any donation, big or small, would mean the world to Winnie and her family. Thank you for helping us give her the chance to breathe easier and enjoy the happy life she deserves.

UPDATE 12/31

Winnie was seen by the vet today. We were referred to a Bozeman vet as ours doesn’t perform the surgery she would need. So no cost, quotes, or concrete details as of right now.

I will be looking into some of the other non-profits, charities, and grants spme of you have made me aware of this weekend. Thank you everyone who has made me aware of these.

We have been in contact with the breeder, I won’t be disclosing their information as I don’t want any harassment going towards them. They will be sending me the parent pup’s genetic tests to show that this was a one off. None of the other litters they’ve had have had any issues like this. They are also in contact with the vet to see what can be done.
