help Winnie recover from major surgery due to IVDD

yesterday morning our Winnie woke up with complete paralysis in his back legs. We saw a vet at 8am who said wait and see if it improves with strict crate rest. Today he woke up in a worse way and by 11am he was having an MRI followed by emergency surgery for IVDD.

Surgery was successful and he has come around, but we are not out of the woods yet. Recovery is going to be a very long process and he's got to stay in doggy hospital for atleast the next week where he will receive physio and medication to hopefully get him back on his feet. It's not 100% and there is a small chance he will never walk unassisted again.

This has come to a complete shock to us as it was so out of the blue he's only 2!

we have started this go fund me as, although Winnie is insured, the vet bills are going to total around £10,000 and our insurance will only cover £3,000. Please share with your friends, every little helps.
