Hi everyone,

This is our precious 7-month-old long-haired dachshund, Winnie, who has been hospitalized for the past two days. She’s been battling serious gastrointestinal issues, and we’re still waiting on answers. Her symptoms came on suddenly — severe stomach upset, diarrhea, and now signs of internal bleeding. Despite X-rays and bloodwork, the cause is still unclear, and she needs ongoing testing, treatment, and round-the-clock care.

She’s such a loving, playful pup — full of life and joy — and it breaks our hearts to see her like this. The vet team has been incredible, but the costs are quickly adding up. Between emergency visits, hospitalization, medications, and diagnostics, we’re struggling to keep up financially.
