Meet Winnie Maxine, a sweet and spirited 10-month-old bulldog mix who was born with spina bifida. Despite her challenges, Winnie is full of love, energy, and joy—she doesn’t let anything dim her bright spirit!

Because of her condition, Winnie struggles with mobility and needs a special doggy wheelchair to continue running, playing, and living the happy, active life she deserves.
