Help Winnie kick cancer
First of all I would like to thank anyone and everyone who takes their time to read our girls story we appreciate everything that comes our way to support her and her family.
ABOUT WINNIE
She is a young mum of two beautiful daughters, a loving wife to her husband Ben, a best friend, daughter and Aunty.
Winnie would be the last person on earth that would ask for this type of charity; Winnie does the most for everyone.. she is apart of that 5% group that goes above and beyond for you and your family no matter what situation you are in.
Friends and whanau ... I’m starting this page because our Winnie has been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, as usual the strength of Winnie did not let this bring her down.. she is fighting with a strong wairua and whanau behind her. Unfortunately as we all know this battle is not easy and it is starting to take a toll on our girl. The main reasons behind creating this page is to reach a goal of $3000 this will help go towards any financial bills that Winnie and her family need covered I.e parking at hospital, gas, medical expenses etc anything above our target will be a blessing. as time goes on it’s only getting harder for our gage whanau and they are going to need each other a lot more than usual. We really want Wini’s husband and her family to be able to take time off to support Wini without having to stress about paying for normal day-to-day living expenses. Ben still needs to work and provide for his whanau when all he wants; is to be with his wife and kids, raising these funds means that Ben will be able to do so and be with his family in these times of need.
About a week ago Winnie’s hair started to fall out and of course without hesitation a couple of friends and whanau showed their support for our girl and done the shave with her. Now as all our hair grow back our Winnie is left with her hair still thinning out and for me personally I will shave my hair for her over and over again until she has a full head of hair.... OR our girl can get her hair back now ☺️ - I would also like to reach our goal so Winnie can get herself a wig or two this way she can feel in some way “herself again” this can cost upwards of $1200.00 US. ♥️
This is just a glimpse into what Winnie and her whanau and many other wahine toa go through everyday and I take my hat off to all women/men and family that are fighting this battle
