My Heart, My Soul My wild wind.

My name is kim and my Windy and I have been through so much together. I brought her home as a 4yr old little spitfire, and a wild spirited horse.

We have journied through 4H shows, Team penning, barrel racing and versatility events. We have done many 4th of July parades, but trail rides are her favorites.

Windy is a very opinionated girl, strong willed, passionate and a wild spirit, all the qualities I fell in love with. We have a mutual respect for each other and are connected in a way that is something I have never felt.

Two weeks ago Xrays were done on her jaw and it was confirmed, my worse nightmare, she has Squamous Cell Carcinoma!

As you can imagine the disbelief and overwhelming fear I felt in that moment. Anyone that knows me knows how well I care for my girl, how much I feed her only the best, all natural supplements that this could be a reality.

My vet has advised me it could be several months, or several weeks and that I will know when its time to put her to rest. She can not suffer.

Most of my friends know I endured a bad accident and have not been able to return to work and this GOFUND me page will strictly go to making sure my Windy Girl will not suffer when the time comes.. The cost of Windys euthanasia and cremation will cost approximately 3,335.00. This is a very humbling experience and Im asking for any/ donation, no matter how small you can donate to help me.
