Help WIN Academy Build a Basketball Haven

Hello, I'm Dominique Neil, the CEO, Head Coach, and Lead Skills Trainer at WIN Basketball Academy. Our organization is deeply rooted in family values, with my father and brothers actively involved as coaches. We've received numerous inquiries from head coaches interested in partnering with us to expand our brand globally.

At WIN, the "W" stands for Work Ethic. Success requires dedication and effort—there are no shortcuts. The "I" represents Impact, emphasizing the importance of making a positive difference both on and off the court—within our communities, schools, and families. Lastly, the "N" stands for Nascent, which encourages continuous growth—not just in basketball skills, but as individuals. It’s essential to keep progressing and never settle.

We’ve discovered a 22,000 square foot facility in St. Charles, MO, where we aim to create a basketball haven for student-athletes. We need community support to turn this vision into reality. WIN Academy is on an upward trajectory, and we aspire to cultivate the next generation of leaders through our basketball program.

Our ambition extends beyond the sport. We want our students to prioritize academic scholarships before athletic ones, embodying the concept of being a STUDENT ATHLETE. Additionally, we envision establishing a training facility that offers foreign language classes, starting with Spanish.

Our young athletes are dedicated not only to their education and sports but also to community service, particularly in assisting those affected by the recent tornado in St. Louis. You can see their efforts documented on our social media. They deserve some downtime, and we want to incorporate fun basketball experiences into that.

What distinguishes me is my commitment to action. I personally cover 75% of our expenses because many of our families face financial hardships. This isn’t about profit for me; my passion lies in the game and in nurturing capable young leaders. I strive to be the mentor I wished I had during my own journey. I faced doubts, dropped out of college, and played three years of basketball in Barcelona without any prior collegiate experience. If I could realize my dreams, so can they—with the right community support. Faith without action is meaningless, and I’ve invested time in researching grants, leadership, and finance to ensure I’m equipped to help them achieve their goals. Inspired by Coach K, I am determined to take action and will not relent, no matter the challenges. Remember the name WIN Academy; we are just getting started!
