This is the last thing I wanted to do, but here is Willows story.

She needs emergency surgery to get her infected uterus out. She has been sick for a couple weeks now and we thought the antibiotics were helping, which they are, but we had to rush her to the ER on Tuesday night and were there for hours. We have then come to find out that the infection is closed and not open. This means that it hasn’t been draining and just filling up her uterus with puss. The antibiotics have been keeping her alive, but they aren’t curing anything yet. She is not spayed so this is an emergency spay. Not many places will do it. We have already spent 1500 dollars at vets to try and treat it but if it hasn’t opened yet it’s not going to. She is a 4 year old American bulldog and she has a big life ahead of her if we can get it out. Obviously it is a pricey surgery, but once it’s done she can live that life. Until then she is slowly dying. To watch a dog that loves food and to play, not eat and only want to sleep all day is heartbreaking. She is asking anyone to help, even a little, so she can stop feeling uncomrtobale. She has lost 20 pounds already. We have to do this ASAP because if the uterus ruptures from filling up so much the puss will leak into her abdomen and that is fatal. For anything extra we raise we will donate to another dog in need for any type of surgery or to the animal shelter. We are not assuming we will reach the goal but any little helps. We will be doing the surgery within the next day or two. So please share away so Willow can go back to being the big happy dog she is.
