On the evening of 20th February, 2025, a devastating gas explosion occurred in Papa Willie’s home, whilst he was at work, leaving his wife and three of his four daughters with severe burns and injuries.

It is a miracle that they all survived the explosion and we are very grateful for their lives, but the explosion has left them with nothing. The flat, their belongings, and cherished memories have all been destroyed, and they need financial help to start again and rebuild their lives from scratch.

I am setting up this GoFundMe to raise a substantial amount to help Papa Willie and his family with:

* Finding and securing a new place to live

* Replacing essential items like clothes, furniture, and kitchenware

* Covering immediate expenses such as prescription, food and transportation
