I am Cecilia Arbizo Garcia who is sister to William Arbizo. Why I am doing this gofundme is because my brother has recently been diagnosed with Stage4 lymphoma cancer. He is going through his chemotherapy which prevents him from being able to work. As we all know Willie (as we call him) he has always been a very hard worker.
