Help William Transform Tanzanian Education
Donation protected
William Mishetto is a teacher in Tanzania who is leading the way to transforming the education system. William has been accepted for graduate school in the United States for speech-language pathology. However, given the cost and current political climate, it is currently not possible for him to begin this program. This has not stopped William from continuing his mission. Currently he is working on a master's degree in education management and planning at Saint Augustine University, Tanzania.
His recent thesis presentation pictured here, "Effectiveness of Secondary School Administrative Practices in Providing Students Access to Information on Innovative Careers" is also being submitted for publication.
I came to know William through volunteering with OMPACO in Tanzania last summer. It was immediately apparent that he is a true force for positive change. Since teachers in Tanzania make less than $400 per month, I am reaching out to ask if you can contribute a small amount to help William pay for tuition next semester. He needs just $390, which is a small amount for education in the United States, but makes a huge difference in Tanzania. Any little contribution will help!!
