Hi, my name is Yolanda Aranda, and I'm asking for help for the love of my life, William Passalaqua.

On Wednesday, August 27th , our lives changed when William suffered a stroke. In just a moment, the person who has been my source of love, laughter, and strength is suddenly fighting to simply speak, move, and recover.

If you know William and are blessed to have him in your life, you know he is someone who never misses a chance to help a neighbor. He works hard without asking for anything in return. He has a big heart, that goes without saying. It's devastating to see someone who was so full of life now struggling with basic daily living.

We are grateful beyond words that William is still with us, but the road to recovery is long and full of challenges. Doctors say he will need therapy, medications, and rehabilitation. The medical bills are piling up and covering everyday expenses while William will be out of work.

I am asking for help to raise $5000. Your support will go directly towards:

• Medical expenses

• Rehabilitation and therapy sessions to regain strength and independence

• Essential living expenses during recovery
