William R. Clay, 73

Diagnosed with late stage liver cancer early Spring 2024. Did infusion treatments for nearly a year which helped give him more time with family. Due to other health related issues he was unable to receive his most recent treatments as they were regularly scheduled. After a trip to the ER (Mankato) on June 3rd and a short admission, he was released to my home on hospice on June 6.

Due to a motorcycle accident in 1997 (that resulted in a 9 month stay at St. Mary’s in Rochester), he has been on disability. He has no retirement or life insurance.

He was always helping others however he could. He’s the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.
