My name is Rosia Page William Page's (Jerome) wife. I  am fundraising for my wonderful husband because we didn't have the necessary insurance or income due to a massive layoff at my husband's job. We were in the process of getting insurance but unfortunately time was not on our side. So I am asking for those of you who knew him or those of you who have a heart to give, will help me pay for his funeral arrangements.
