William began doing weight training a couple of years ago and found a real passion for it. It wasn't long before he took up training with Power to Empower in Cockburn and began focusing on strongman events.

His first event was last year where he was the youngest competitor in the junior's category and took out 2nd place.

He was also given the title by WA Strongman as the Strength Challenge Rising Star 2024 at just 16 years old.

Now after, a lot of training and perseverance through some injuries, William has managed to qualify for the Official Strongman Games - World Final. He is currently the youngest Australian competitor to be selected.

The games will be held in Arlington, Texas in November and we would appreciate any assistance with getting the team over there so he can compete.
