In the early morning hours of November 2, tragedy struck when my 90-year-old grandfather, William Arnold—affectionately known as Boochie—lost his longtime home to a fire. He managed to escape safely and walked down the street in his pajamas to his daughter’s house to let her know the home was burning. Unfortunately, everything was lost in the fire, including his Volkswagon Passat.

Boochie has lived in his home since 1972 and has been a father figure and pillar of strength to many in his community. Now, after a lifetime of giving and helping others, he needs our help.
