Its been such a long journey so far. After 14 years in Florida, a high school & college degree, countless new experiences with friends & family, and a body of films that I'm so proud of, it all comes down to this.
My parents brought me to the US on an E2 visa when I was 9 years old. At 21, I aged out of that visa and switched to an F1 international student visa.
Permanent residency/citizenship has never been available to me, so I have decided to take a huge step in my life and apply for the O1 Artist Visa.
The O1 is essentially a visa where I need to prove that I'm at the top of my respective field, being filmmaking. I am underway with the application process, but I really need all of your support to help make it happen.
As of right now, I have 9 weeks left in the US. If I am approved for this visa, I will be able to stay for a further three years to continue my career.
The American Dream is something I've believed in my entire life. After graduating college last year, I am finally ready to take my first steps into a much larger world.
