Hi my name is Grace and i’m fundraising money my brother who is currently battling cancer

Will was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (A.L.L) at 16 which quickly put a halt to his rowing dreams. A.L.L is a type blood cancer that affects white blood cells. He unfortunately missed out on rowing his final school boys race of 2025 with the first VIII due to his diagnosis and now miss his final season as well due to his treatment.

Despite everything, Will has kept his focus and spirit strong. He’s dreaming of getting back in the water and owning his very own scull boat — a symbol of independence, recovery, and the next step in his rowing journey.

We’re raising $20,000 to help cover the cost of a high-quality single scull. This will allow Will to train and compete when he’s strong enough, at his own pace, on his own terms.
