Support Wilder Recovering from Surgery

Our dear friend, healer, parent, and sound wizard Wilder is in need of supportive care and general financial assistance as they navigate a serious medical issue.

In early February Wilder was admitted to the ER twice with extreme pain and complications of endometriosis. They are now preparing for surgery in early May to alleviate the ongoing flare-ups of severe pain and fatigue. They recently missed work and are anticipating missing at least two more weeks to recover from surgery. On top of this they will need to build back their client base, as they are an acupuncturist who relies on weekly appointments for their income. As a single parent they not only provide for themselves but also their sweet 7 year old, Cedar.

Over the past 14 years in Portland they have worked tirelessly to create and nurture community, bringing together artists and healers to facilitate sound baths, art installations, concerts, community acupuncture events, and tea ceremonies.

These funds will go towards rent, groceries, and medicine while Wilder prepares for surgery and in the aftermath during their recovery. We are asking the community to help us raise money for the supportive care they need while also keeping their family housed, fed, and comfortable while they are unable to work.
