Hi! My name is Wilbur Baker, my pronouns are he/him, and I am a young transgender person in need of top surgery. Including gender dysphoria, my chest causes severe back pain that I struggle to function with. I’ve been out for about six years, and I am socially transitioned. I live in the South, and this is a procedure that my insurance won’t cover. I’m hopeful for my future, and the first step into progress is surgery. This is something that would change my life.
