Hi,

This is the last thing any dog parent wants to put out into the world, but alas, here we are.

Wilbur is 19 months old. 4 months ago, Wilbur stopped eating and became incontinent, he was going in and out of the vet for over a month and they could not get to the bottom of what was wrong with him. As he was so young, they did not want to assume it was the big C despite the signs pointing in this direction. We spent thousands on tests, ultrasounds, xrays without a diagnosis to be able to treat him. During this time, he grew so sick that he could no longer walk. We thought this was the end so in a last minute attempt to diagnose and treat him, he spent 3 nights in the ER.

Then the dreaded phone call came. Stage 5 T-Cell Lymphoma in his abdomen, spleen, kidneys and bone marrow. The news was absolutely devastating. He is so young and has so much life to give and it seems like the odds are stacked against him.

Wilbur has been was on chemo for 3 months before his body stopped responding to it. The cancer has since come back with a vengeance and caused severe damage to his kidneys. He has been in the ER for the past 3 days in order to get fluids into him to hopefully get him to a place where he can hopefully try a rescue protocol.

The last thing you want to think of when you have a life in your hands is the financial aspect of it all. While we were barely able to scrape together the funds for his initial diagnosis and treatment plan unfortunately this latest ER trip has been a major set back.

We are reaching out because we are desperate. Its been such a horrifying couple of months and we want our boy to have the the opportunity to give our boy the best chance to live the best life while hes still here.  We see in his eyes how much he wants to be here. 

These donations will go into paying off his ER bill and his next few rounds of chemo therapy. Anything would help and we appreciate you so so so so much.
