Help Wiktoria Shine in Varna Music Academy

Hi!

My name is Wiktoria Sikorska, and I’m currently a junior at the New World School of the Arts / University of Florida, where I have the privilege of studying under the incredible soprano Dr. Megan Barrera.

This summer, I’ve been given an extraordinary opportunity where I got accepted into the Varna International Music Academy’s summer program, taking place in Bulgaria and Italy—the heart of the operatic world!

Even more exciting: I’ve been cast in the title role of Puccini’s Suor Angelica—a dream role for any soprano! I’ll also be performing a wide variety of repertoire and studying under world-renowned instructors, including Metropolitan Opera conductor Gregory Buchalter, all while singing in historic European venues.

This program is a major step in my journey to becoming a professional opera singer. It’s the kind of once-in-a-lifetime experience that will shape my future, both artistically and personally.

But I need your help to get there, with the costs of tuition, travel, lodging, and program fees are substantial, and while I’m doing everything I can to contribute on my own, I can’t do it alone.
