Help WigWoo (Chase) pay for medical expenses

Ever since the start of June I have been having severe back pain and muscle spasms that have been getting worse and I can't seem to find the reason. Its to the point where I'm stuck in bed because it hurts too much to move and I can't even do chores, do my job, or any of my hobbies like making animations for YouTube. I've been to the hospital twice now and they want to send me to a spine specialist. Sadly I just don't make a lot of money and I'm in a terrible financial situation right now since I'm also trying to save up for a weight loss surgery that I need to have by the end of the year.

I really hate asking for help and I feel awful bit I don't know where else to turn. I'm tired of screaming in pain and being stuck in my room all day and I just want my life back.
