Help Widowed Mother Pay Rent and other Expenses

On Aug 3, 2020, the father of this family passed away from COVID-19. He is survived by a wife and a little 2-year-old girl. His wife has also tested positive for COVID-19 but, thankfully, is not suffering any severe symptoms. She has been out of work for a while and cannot return to work because she is under a mandatory quarantine at home by the Department of Health. Her daughter is currently being watched by a family friend to make sure she is not also infected.

The late father's mother wishes to have her son's ashes flown home to Mexico so the goal has been set at $2500 to cover at least one month of rent for the family and contribute to this wish. Funeral costs and surviving up to this moment have wiped out the little savings they had. Being undocumented, they are not eligible for any sort of stimulus check or government aid. The mother of this family has given me permission to share her story and raise funds so if you are able, please contribute anything you can.
