Help Widow Pay for Funeral Expenses

We are organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Harissa Vega, who lost her husband suddenly on the evening of 10/29 at 1:30 am. Gerber Vega was riding his motorcycle driving home when he was struck by a car and died on impact. The car left the scene without even calling for help.

He leaves behind a wife of 18yrs and two daughters ages 15yrs and 6yrs. As you know, funeral expenses can be upwards of $15,000. Gerber did not have life insurance, so all of the costs will be out of pocket for the family. Harissa is already working two jobs. We are asking for donations and prayers as the family grieves and picks up the pieces emotionally and financially.

Harissa is a selfless, humble person who does so much for others and doesn't like to ask for anything. This is why we are doing this for her. We are not meant to do life alone and this will remind her of the love and support that we are all capable of
