Help Whit Overcome Her Biggest Challenge

Baby Bennett decided to make his entrance into the world 10 weeks early. The doctors have been able to keep him in utero for the time being, however it only a matter of time. Due to incredibly high infection rates and delivery possible any minute she will remain in the hospital until birth. She was working and saving until the day her water broke and now unfortunately will be overwhelmed with bills and no source of income. Anyone who knows Whit knows her strength, endurance and compassion for others. She is always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, and always put herself last. Whether it is taking time off work to care for her great grandmother in Oklahoma or flying to the Islands to take care of her “Island dad” and rallying supplies. Caring for her nieces when her sister went into preterm labor to taking a bus to Boise to help move me home. That is just what comes to mind and I know there are many more stories to add. Any parent knows how hard it is to welcome a healthy and full term baby into the world with 2 parents. This will be the biggest obstacle she has been faced with and i know she will do it with grace. Whit was very hesitant to let me start this fund because she is so independent, she will never admit it but she does need our help this time. As friends, family, and a community, I ask that we can step up and help the most giving person I know. This is not a short term situation, unfortunately she will be out for months and months. Let’s rally behind this single mom and help her in any amount possible.
