After meeting Doug, I could tell what a kind spirit he truly is. He always goes out of his way to help people in need, including myself and family. Doug encapsulates selflessness and friendliness.

Even though Doug has been severely ill, he still got up and worked hard labor jobs to provide for himself. He always showed up when expected and gave one hundred percent. Everyone knows Doug and can recognize his infectious laugh!

He was in desperate need of a new liver, and his health was rapidly declining. Fortunately, he was given this life saving gift this past month.

However, Doug is facing an uphill battle; he has had several setbacks and is currently hospitalized again.
We are hoping that the community and friends can rally around Doug as he would so easily do for others. Due to the fact that he cannot work, he needs financial assistance for his everyday living expenses. He has a long, hard recovery and anything would be appreciated. Thank you!!!
