Help Westwood High School Start a Baseball Team

Westwood High School is located in Ishpeming, MI. We have at least 22 students in 9th through 12th grades who are interested in playing baseball at the high school level. Most surrounding schools have had a baseball team established for at least a few years. Many of our kids have been playing baseball since they were little and want to have the chance to play as Patriots! Please help us get a team established. Funds collected will be used toward the following needs to get the team up and running:
- New fencing and improvements to make their field in Humboldt Twp playable
- Uniforms
- Equipment to include: bats, balls, tees, nets, and possibly a pitching machine.
- A modest salary for coaches(s)
- Umpire fees
