Hello, my name is Thalia, but most people know me as Lia. I’m from the beautiful communities of Old Hope and Salmon Point in Westmoreland, Jamaica places that have always been full of love, resilience, and community .

Recently, our home was devastated by Hurricane Melisa, a Category 5 storm that made direct landfall in Westmoreland. The destruction has been heartbreaking. Many families, including my own, My family has lost their homes or suffered severe damage, leaving us struggling to rebuild and restore even the basics of daily life.

We are now facing a long road to recovery. All proceeds from this go fund me will go directly toward rebuilding materials, essential supplies, and local aid efforts to help families get back on their feet.
