Help Wesley Attend JrNYLC in Washington, D.C.

In honor of my academic achievement at Wamsley Elementary School and my leadership ability, I was invited to participate in an excellent educational program in Washington, D.C., in July 2025 with my classmate from Wamsley Elementary School. We’ll spend a total of 10 days together learning really cool things about the country.
I have been invited to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference (JrNYLC) in Washington, D.C. I will learn to become a better leader by setting clear goals, improving communication skills, embracing models for solving complex problems, and building effective teams. Throughout the program, I will gain confidence and practice teamwork and public speaking skills. Washington, D.C., will also serve as a living classroom by providing amazing site experiences in and around our nation’s capital.
Some of the fantastic activities that are planned for us in our program:
Building a Constitution, Building a Monument, Learn about the American Presidency
Visit Mount Vernon, the Capitol Tour of the Big 3 Monuments, the National Museum of American History and Memorial Walk, and the White House.
I need to raise $6000 to participate in this unique adventure.
Please help me by sponsoring a portion of my trip. Any contribution you could make would bring me that much closer to this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Please call or email me with any questions or if you want to hear more about this great learning opportunity!
Sincerely,
Wesley Alexander
