Wes Parker is currently in the ICU on life support after undergoing two different surgeries with his heart, caused by the flu and pneumonia attacking his body. It has caused fluid to build up around his heart and he is currently on ECMO. He is fighting hard, but he will be in the hospital and out of work for quite some time.

Wes is the kitchen manager and his wife Alli is the general manager at The Dive Bar food and spirits in Carolina Beach, NC. They have been together for 12 years and are truly inseparable. Alli has been by Wes’s side every single day since she brought him to the hospital, never leaving him alone through this incredibly difficult time. We’re still waiting for Wes to wake up but once he does he has a long road ahead of him.

While Wes focuses on recovering, the medical bills and everyday living expenses will continue to pile up. This GoFundMe will help cover those costs so Alli can focus on being with Wes instead of worrying about bills.

Wes and Alli also have two dogs at home that they love very much, and any support will help keep things stable for their whole family during this unexpected crisis.
