Hi, I'm Ken Nowak, and I'm raising funds for Wertz/Water Warriors, an organization dedicated to supporting the Special Olympics of Michigan (SOMI). This year we're riding personal watercraft and boats into Tawas and Port Austin to give athlete rides on the water. Together, we can make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, provide them with opportunities to compete, thrive, and build lasting friendships through sports. Your support will help create a more inclusive community where everyone can shine.
Donations empower Wertz/Water Warriors to continue important work, such as:
- Providing essential training and resources like jerseys, helmets, balls and hockey nets for athletes to prepare for competitions.
- Organizing local events and activities that foster inclusion and camaraderie among participants.
