Wendy has been a pillar in our work family for 14 years. She has touched and changed countless residents', families', and friends' lives. Wendy is also the support beam in her family, as a daughter, wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Wendy was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer a month ago. It is inoperable, and the physicians have not given her a very long timeline. When we asked Wendy what her plan was for her diagnosis, she stated, "Just make memories."
