Wendy is courageously battling an aggressive form of tongue cancer that has spread to her neck lymph nodes.   On January 27th She had surgery which removed her left portion of her tongue and has a temporary tracheostomy, which  impacts her ability to eat and speak.

The road ahead is daunting, with daily chemotherapy and radiation treatments, as well as intensive speech therapy to regain her ability to communicate. This journey will bring immense physical, emotional, and financial challenges.
