Help Wendy rebuild her Textile business.
Donation protected

Sadly in late 2019, I suffered a severe medical condition that altered the future of my business for ever, and most of my finances had to go into rent payments and health treatments to nurse myself back to good health, only for the industry to be badly hit by the Corvid virus in early 2020 when Braid and Stitch was getting ready to go back to work.
In 2009 Braid and stitch LLC was established, as an online black-owned art, sewing, and quilting company which created African, inspired quilt art, mentoring lectures in African art and symbolism, for local libraries and communities and Quilts Guilds. 11 years later, Braid and Stitch blossomed into a powerful textile business offering me the opportunity to mold it into a great textile design business. and also gave me the opportunity to travel around the country teaching quilting, and selling at quilt shows in the industry.
Things got worse very quickly with Covid and the lockdowns that came with it hit the business really hard, since the nature of the business only works in gathered places like quilt shows, lecture halls,, travelling to shows and libraries etc., it has left me losing my home, and about to be homeless in 2 months. Help will be needed immediately.
We appeal to you to donate to help us to rent a small place where we can live and have enough workspace in order to create. There are two occasional helping hands in this small business, and nobody receives any government checks. There is the fear of being in the open when homeless, and contracting Covid since we are all under the receiving age for vaccines.
Please help us by visiting us @ www.braidandstitch.etsy.com and
by purchasing some of our quilt art pieces in a way to support if us if you choose too, and they will be shipped right to your door, there are very beautiful, and original one of a kind quilt art to buy to help keep our business afloat, or even better, you may donate right here to help us directly. Thank you.
This is an appeal for funds to help us rent a place, and Braid and Stitch, and Wendy pray that the good Lord touches your heart to donate to our page to save us and the business from homelessness. Thank you.
Your support will lift up Braid and Stitch from the rubble, every widows mite will help, and add up to elevate our business to a whole new dimension, where we can also give back to our community.
We are so grateful for your help. Thank you.
