Help Wendy Medina Get Critical Medical Care

This GoFundMe is to raise funds for Wendy Medina, of Questa, NM and raised in San Cristobal. Wendy currently needs help to cover her travel and housing expenses that are becoming an obstacle to her getting care. She has multiple health issues affecting her, but the most urgent are complications arising from a case of Non-Alcoholic Liver Cirrhosis. Wendy's cirrhosis is a result of previous surgeries; it was caught late, and unfortunately, is advanced to such a high degree that if it goes higher, she will need a liver transplant.

My name is Caroline, I'm a friend of Wendy & her family. I'm doing this GoFundMe because I am worried that she will not get the care she needs if she doesn't raise money now to cover the costs of going to her doctor in ABQ. Her family is doing its best to cover Wendy's bills, but the cost of transport, housing, and expenses for her trips to her doctors 3 hours away in Albuquerque, not to mention repairs on her vehicle so that she can make these trips, is getting hard to cover.

Those of you who know Wendy know that she hates asking for help; so you know I wouldn't do this Go Fund Me if it werent urgent. she usually will sell her baked goods if she needs income. I've wanted to post this go fund me for months now, and I don't think I can wait anymore.
