Our dear friend Weezy has always been the kind of person who lights up a room—energetic, funny, and full of love. But recently, life has thrown more at her than anyone should have to bear.

Weezy was diagnosed with Stage 2A lung cancer, and while she’s been courageously fighting through treatments, her world has turned upside down. She was recently let go from her job, leaving her without income at the exact moment she needs stability the most. To make matters worse, her air conditioning broke—a devastating blow in the middle of this challenging time.

Right now, Weezy is facing not only the fight for her health but also the stress of wondering how she will cover the basic costs of living. No one should have to choose between staying cool in their home and paying for groceries, medication, or bills while battling cancer.
