Our Queens are heading to The Summit — and we’d love your help getting them there!

We are incredibly excited to announce that WCA – Queen X, a team of 21 athletes aged 13–18 from our Basingstoke-based cheerleading club, will be travelling to Florida in April 2027 to compete at The Summit Cheerleading Championships!

For those outside of the cheerleading world, The Summit is one of the biggest and most prestigious competitions in the sport, bringing together teams from across the world.

We are incredibly proud that our athletes secured their first-ever Summit bid following a fantastic season of competing, where they worked hard to achieve the scores and placements needed to qualify for this incredible opportunity.

Now we’re looking forward to taking Queen X to Florida to compete on the world stage and represent the UK in April 2027!

How can you help?

A trip of this scale is a huge commitment for our athletes and their families. The trip is self-funded, so throughout the season we’ll be fundraising to help make the experience as accessible as possible for our team.

Donations to our fundraiser will help us provide:

Every donation, whatever the amount, will make a difference.

If you aren't able to donate, sharing our fundraiser is just as valuable. You never know who in your network might be able to help us get one step closer to Florida!

From Basingstoke to Florida

For these 21 athletes, this is about so much more than a competition. It's an opportunity to represent their club, their community and the UK on an international stage, while creating memories and experiences they will carry with them for years to come.

They've worked incredibly hard for this moment, and we can't wait to see what they can achieve at The Summit.

Thank you for supporting Queen X and being part of our journey to Florida!
