Wayne was shot twice on Monday night by a home intruder. Wayne took a bullet in the abdomen and one in the leg. He had just recently started a new job and medical insurance was not available yet. He was taken to Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville where he was treated for his injuries. Wayne lost alot of blood and needed blood transfusion. His right lung collapsed due to the impact of the bullets. He has also suffered broken ribs. He has been released and brought home to start his recovery. He will be out of work until he is able to regain his strength. His wife Cassandra has been out of work assisting him as well. The family is asking for financial help with medical bills and daily living expenses. If you know Wayne and Cassandra they are always helping others, they both have the biggest hearts in the world.
