I am reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request for support on behalf of my husband, Wayne Smith. Wayne is facing a challenging battle with Chronic Heart Failure, and doctors have advised that he must relocate to Orlando to be near Advent Hospital for a critical heart pump surgery. Thankfully, his insurance will cover 100% of the surgery costs, but we need your help to cover the moving expenses to make this life-saving procedure possible.

Wayne is a dedicated husband and friend, a loving father, grandfather, and a fighter who has always been there for others in times of need. Now, it's our turn to help him in his time of need. The costs associated with moving are overwhelming, and every dollar counts to ensure he can get to Orlando and receive the medical care he desperately needs.

We are aiming to raise $4,403 to cover moving expenses, including transportation, temporary housing, and any necessary essentials during this transition.
