Help Wayne Eddington Stay Housed and Heal

Hello, my name is Wayne Eddington. I'm 56 years old and I currently live in Springville, Utah.

Almost a year and a half ago, I was injured at work, and after workers' comp cut me off, I applied for disability in August of last year. Now, almost a year later, I am still waiting to hopefully receive it.

To make things worse, four months ago, I was rear-ended on the freeway and sustained several new injuries. My injury case is covering all of my medical bills, but I have no way of making any income and I am within a week of losing my home, my vehicle, and myself and my dogs being on the street with no way to get to doctors' appointments, etc., and no bed to sleep in with my collection of injuries.

I just need help to make it until I get my disability, which should happen within the next two to three weeks according to disability. Thank you in advance for any help provided.
