Help Watson's Medical Bills

Unfortunately, we received some bad news about our 5 year old Boston Terrier, Watson. He has an almond sized mass in his perianal gland. He needs to have several expensive tests done with a potential surgery coming up that my pet insurance will not cover. I have already spent quite a lot of money on his medical bills and with Christmas around the corner and other unforeseen expenses that have come up, I am stretched so thin. I'm really struggling with this. Watson was the runt of his litter and fit in the palm of my hand the day I brought him home. Though small, he quickly became the king of the castle and the alpha in my home. He loves to run and play and then curl up beside me and snore like you wouldn't believe. All in all, he really is my best friend. I absolutely hate asking for help from anyone but I don't know what else to do. He's still so young and I want to ensure that he has many more happy years ahead of him. My heart is broken right now.
