Help Warren Prevail Against the Tyranny of the POA
Hi. My name is Warren, and I live at Illinois River Village. I have owned property here since 2013.
I am the single Dad of a 4-year old son, and teetering on the edge of poverty.
I am being sued by the Illinois River Village POA to remove my bus.
All donations will be used to pay for my legal defense, to HIRE a LAWYER to represent me against the IRV POA.
I am asking for your donation now because there are Issues at play in this lawsuit which affect EVERY MEMBER of the POA now, and will affect us ALL in the Future, for good or bad.
It is in the interest of EVERY Member that:
- The Board of Directors be required to act in a LAWFUL Manner when dealing with POA Members
- The Board of Directors be required to act within their AUTHORITY, as provided in the Bylaws, etc.
- The Board of Directors be required to follow their own policies and procedures when dealing with POA Members.
- The Board be required to treat POA members fairly, and to not DISCRIMINATE against them.
With the help of a LAWYER, I can prove in Court that the Board have not acted in a proper, legal, reasonable manner in dealing with me in this case. If the Board succeeds this time in Enforcing OUR Rules against US in this improper manner, what will they try next? AND WHO WILL STAND UP TO THEM? I wish to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to All of YOU who can help me find Justice through our legal system. I did not choose this path, but it is for the FUTURE GOOD of all IRV POA Members that I choose to defend my legal Rights in Court. Without a Lawyer to represent me, there is every possibility of a judgement in favor of the POA. If this happens, they would charge the equivalent of 5 years worth of DUES to my account, and if not paid quick, would attempt to force me from my home by means of a lien. Furthermore, they would seek to prohibit me and my Child from using the Clubhouse Shower Facilities. This Is not just a WRONG done to Warren, this is what they would do to ALL who defy their illegitimate use of Authority.
