Help Wardy Keep Smiling Dental Fundraiser

My name is Jacci and I have created this fundraiser alongside my stepdaughters Rachael & Louisa on behalf of an amazing husband, father, and grandfather of two. Peter Ward, or most of you know as "Wardy". To us, he's a hero, not just in our family but also to the many who watched him on the soccer field during his career that has spanned decades. Wardy has always been the life of the party and someone who always makes everyone else smile and laugh.

Unfortunately, an injury in his career changed the course of his dental health. He is well known for his goal scoring but unfortunately was kicked in the face and knocking out a few of his teeth. He scored in that match but ever since then he has endured decades of dental complications mostly pain and infections.

Peter just turned 70 on July 27th last month! He is now retired and on a fixed income and his dental health has worsened. He's in urgent need of extensive dental work including restorative care and implants not just for his appearance but for his health, comfort, and overall well-being. The cost is overwhelming and not covered by insurance. It has been incredibly hard for him to ask for help so we are doing it for him. and know how much this means to him not just to smile comfortably again, but to eat without pain and enjoy time with family and friends without hiding behind a closed mouth.

We are humbly asking for your help in raising money to help cover the cost of the dental procedures he desperately needs. Any amount no matter how small means the world to our family and especially to Wardy, who has been suffering in silence about this extremely sensitive and very personal struggle.
