Help Ward Piano Company

My name is Debi Drecksler and over 30 years ago I bought a piano from the most wonderful 3rd generation family owned piano company in Canton, N.C. On August 17th, 2021 the business suffered severe damages from flooding caused by a tropical storm. Unfortunately, the owners have no flood insurance. As a human interest writer, I wanted to help this family by raising funds and writing a story about them. I asked the community to share their memories with me, and I was incredibly happy and surprised to see how many people responded. Every single memory was about how caring this family was ( and still is). Some of the stories they shared with me date back to the 1950's!!
