Help Wanda Rebuild After Losing Everything

My mother in law wanda lost her entire home tonight and almost didn't make it out but they did loose a pet cat tonight she lost her home along with everything she has every owned all her memories of her and her husband bought that home over almost 40 years ago and she had no insurance on a fixed income!! But she has lost everything I'm just trying to help her get things basic needs and figure out housing now anything will help !!!
