Hi, my name is Phil Peck and I'm married to Bobbie Jo Peck, the oldest daughter to Walter and Linda Anderson.

On the afternoon of 8/13/25, we were all alerted to a fast-growing wildfire on Sunset Road in Carrywood, ID, the same road that is home to Walter and Linda Anderson and was the childhood home to both of their children, Bobbie Jo and Brandon. Four hours later, the home that had countless family memories, including the one pictured here in the backyard, was gone. The fire ripped through the property and destroyed everything. Walter and Linda were able to evacuate safely, but only with their camper, the tractor to pull it off the mountain, and some clothes. Everything else is gone.

Family and safety are first in all things, and we're glad to have that. But this is going to be rough for Walter and Linda as they start over. We're still just trying to take care of the basics as we get them settled in here with family, but there will be some tough days ahead as we figure out the long-term situation.

We're looking to help Walter and Linda rebuild in a new life, and anything anyone might be able to do would be greatly appreciated. They have and always will have the loving support of family and friends.

Thank you to everyone that has texted and called. The love you've shown demonstrates how amazing these two people are and how connected they have been to all of you. We'll post updates as we move forward.

Funds will be given solely to Walter and Linda to help start over after this devastating loss.
