Help Walt Heal and get HOME

Walt left for Bolivia dec 16 to spend christmas with his mom as she has dementia and is downspiraling quickly. He was there 3 days when he nearly passed out and his BP was 80/60, he was at the hospital and diagnosed with altitude illness. Then a couple days later diagnosed with salmonella poisoning and severe dehydration. He was coughing up blood. No fever, just very tired and cant breathe due to being at an altitude of 9452 feet. For reference, Denver Colorado is 5280. So he is almost 2 miles above sea level. Understandable why he would have a hard time breathing.
Dec 27, 2021 he had his covid test done so he could come home. He tested positive. Not too concerned since he was feeling fine as far as being sick goes, and found out it was a test the drs dont even trust down there. So yesterday he took another one, went in to the lab today to pick up his negative results so he could fly home, and when he got to the lab, he threw up. They refused to give him his results. Forget the fact he was diagnosed with everything else that could in fact be causing nausea, it MUST have been a legit positive. So they insist he has his lungs xrayed, as he is now quarantined for 14 days. His lungs come back 20-30% saturated with infection each and his oxygen was around 80%. Of course they want to ventilate, but duh, he can't breathe so he cant heal. They opt to give him oxygen at his moms house and have a dr and nurse come in daily to give him meds. This started today. With oxygen his O2 went out o 92-93%. However, if he can't get to a lower altitude, which the only way out is by plane, he wont be able to leave the oxygen behind to fly. even with a negative result.

I contacted the Bolivia US embassy (closed for 14 days for quarantine) I contacted the US embassy in FL (told to call down to Bolivia). I contacted a friend who has a pilot license and he cant fly w an oxygen tank but told me to call angel mediflight. I did that, and all was looking good, they would bill insurance, but of course they had to ask his weight and height. Hes 6'1" and 225......their isolation chamber only fits up to 5'9" and 220. Fine I will drive my rear there and get him, only Google informs me that isnt possible. (I already knew this but had to have it confirmed).
His treatment daily is going to be $300/day. Guys.my husband is dying in Bolivia, and I cant help him. Nothing I can do. The father to my babies, and I cant do a dang thing!!!
Does he have covid? Probably. But it's being intensified by 2 mile lack of oxygen, salmonella poisoning and dehydration!!! Just covid and he would be fine.
