Help Wally on his road to recovery

My name is Tyler Wallace, born and raised in Jacksonville FL. My father and I are currently staying in California on business and have been as of Early November. Given the amount of driving needed in order to get to and from work and the price of gas we figured we’d purchase mopeds in order to get around, although staying off of the freeways and taking back roads as much as possible, we purchased two mopeds for transportation. As we had set out one day to venture the area, he was involved in a collision as another driver veered off into his lane.

I have never been the type to ask for much help and figured most things out on my own, given the situation as well as lack of information given on the scene, anything helps. Something as simple as sharing his story could go a long way.
