Wally is my heart. He’s been by my side through so many chapters of my life - the quiet ones, the hard ones, and the joyful ones. If you know me, you know Wally. He’s my constant, my comfort, my soul dog.
Recently, Wally was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was sudden and completely overwhelming. After speaking with veterinarians and an oncology team, we learned that chemotherapy is an option that could give Wally more good time. Time where he still feels like himself, still enjoys his walks, his naps, his favorite treats, and being surrounded by love. This treatment is focused on quality of life. While there are no guarantees, it gives Wally a chance, and I want to do everything I can for him. The same way he’s always done for me.
The cost of veterinary oncology care is more than I can manage alone. Between consultations, treatments, medications, and ongoing monitoring, it adds up quickly. Asking for help doesn’t come easily to me, but I’m doing this for Wally. Any support, whether it’s a donation or sharing our story, means the world to us. Thank you for helping us give Wally more time to enjoy the love and life he deserves.
